The Thomes Creek Water District is located in Tehama County, California north of the City of Corning. The District’s lands are primarily agricultural properties, with a few rural residential properties. The District’s water source comes from Shasta Dam at the Red Bluff Diversion and is delivered through the Corning Canal. The District has a service contract with the Department of Interior for 6,400 acre-feet.
